Custom Orders: Please note that custom-designed tools (including those with debossed lettering) are manufactured to your specific requirements. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any custom text provided at the time of order.

4. Professional Use & Safety Disclaimer
Our tools are industrial-grade equipment intended for use by trained Pro Shop Operators and experienced drillers. 
Assumption of Risk: The user assumes all risk associated with the operation of heavy machinery (e.g., drill presses) while using our products, equipment, or accessories.
Proper Installation: Ensure all equipment is securely mounted if applicable and any/all securing apparatuses are engaged as instructed before beginning any operations.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

6. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and tool designs, is the property of Rolling Down The Lane LLC and protected by international copyright and patent laws. "Patent Pending" status applies to specific mechanical designs as noted in product descriptions.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
