Overview
Refunds and returns will only be honored within 30 days of your purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. We will not refund the shipping cost to return or exchange an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an emailed notification providing you that we have received your returned item and the approval status.
If and when your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your banking institution to complete the transaction.
Late or missing refunds
Please be sure you have allowed your banking institution adequate time to process the refund. Please reach out to them first if you have questions or concerns about your refund posting.
You may contact us if you have not received your approved refund after 10 business days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We will only exchange items that are defective or damaged during the manufacturing process. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@rollingdownthelane.com for location and details.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location.
Please be sure to ship items with tracking and insurance. We don’t guarantee returned shipments.
