I am a firm believer in the “KISS” principle: Keep It Simple. When I first started my home pro shop, my biggest hurdle was ensuring the ball was perfectly centered under the drill bit when my table was set to 0/0.

Without a plug cutter on hand, I engineered this simple, effective tool to help position the table so your ball is dead-center under the drill chuck every time. I’ve since shared this with my local pro shop operator, and he now uses it daily to “true-up” his jig and zero out his DRO (Digital Readout). Now, you can have that same precision in your shop.

Product Note: This is a centering and calibration tool, not a drill bit. When securing it in your drill chuck, it only needs to be snug—please do not overtighten.
